Tonight we had baked chicken, garlic red potatoes, broccoli and rolls.
Baked chicken-
2 (or however many chicken breasts)
Light balsamic vinagrette poured over the breasts until they are well covered
Cook at 350 for 45 minutes (or until your breasts are done)
Garlic red potatoes-
Cubed red potatoes
Garlic salt
2 tbsp butter

I have this nifty tupperware round thing that is meant for steaming veggies. I put the ingredients in, cook it for 12 minutes in the microwave and let the potatoes sit an extra 15 minutes- they will melt in your mouth.
Rolls and broccoli were found in the bottom of the freezer.
